Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event that the charter is canceled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or the charter can be rescheduled for a different date.
In case of a semi-private cruise, if the minimum number of participants (5 or 6 depending on the season) is not reached, the cruise will either be canceled and a full refund will be provided or rescheduled for a different date.
