Before You Book

1) How to book your trip with Nafplio4Sail:

The easiest and simplest way is to book online on our site. Just click on the upper right corner the “Book Now“ button. Alternatively you could give us a call or email us at [email protected].

2) How to check availability:

Once you start the booking process, if the date you want is not available, the date will be grayed out. While if it is available, it will be green.

3) What is the difference between a private and a semi-private cruise?

Semi-private cruises typically have more than one group of people on board.
Private cruises, however, are exclusive for one group of people!

4) Payment options?

We accept payments from all credit cards via Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay. You can also pay in cash.

5) Minimum passengers for semi-private bookings?

In order to conduct a semi-private cruise, the minimum passenger requirement is 5-7 people depending on the date and boat. In the event that this number cannot be met until the day of the booking, we will have to reschedule your cruise for a different date or issue a full refund.

After Booking

1) Why do you need the names of all the passengers?

Having a manifest with every passenger’s name is mandatory and is required by the port authorities by law. This way we also secure insurance coverage for our guests while onboard our boats.

3) Is the information I provide secure?

We take privacy matters very seriously and we will never share them with any third party.

Other Questions

1) What should I bring with me?

We try to provide a holistic experience so you won’t be needing to bring something special with you.
A quick checklist would include:

  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat
  • Swimsuit, towel, flip flops
  • Your cellphone or a camera for some photos

Depending on the weather, if it’s early or late in the season, you might need a light jacket with you.

2) Is transportation to the designated spot included in the price?

No, transportation is not included, but it can be arranged upon request.

3) How do I receive the photos of the day?

The photos and videos taken by our crew during the trip are shared with you securely using Google Drive or any other similar service.

4) What is included in the price?

We try to provide holistic experiences and cruises, so the amenities included range from snacks and drinks to SUPs and snorkeling gear. Be sure to check the description of each cruise to select the one that suits you best!

5) Dietary preferences, allergies or intolerances

In case of food allergies, intolerances etc., we advise you to inform us about it and we’ll make sure to adjust the menu to meet your needs.
There will be a designated field for such information before you complete your booking.
